Plus, 2Cents and OnMilwaukee.com teamed up create a special Bar Month printed edition, which will be available at the event.

Here's a quick Q & A with bartender Graham Kessel from The Harp / RC's:

OnMilwaukee.com: How long have you been tending bar?

Graham Kessel: Four years.

OMC: What's your favorite Milwaukee bar (other than the one where you work)?

GK: Club Brady.

OMC: What's the most important tool behind the bar?

GK: Hopefully there are no tools behind the bar ... I'd say the bartender.

OMC: What's your favorite brunch spot?

GK: Loaded Slate.

OMC: What's your favorite special or promotion at your bar or a bar you frequent?

GK: $3 beers and $2 bombs at Club Brady from Sunday to Wednesday.

OMC: Have you served anyone famous? If so, did they tip well?

GK: Some Brewers and Packers. No big names. And Jake Busey comes in frequently. He calls himself "Hicks" and tips like sh*t.

OMC: What drink are you making for Bartender Olympics?

GK: The South Of The Border Martini.

South of the Border Martini

2 ounces Hornitos
2 ounces Bacardi limon
1 ounce Rose's lime
1/2 ounce Chambord
1 packet sugar

Shake on ice with an orange wedge. Pour and garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
