Care-A-Lotta's, the Bartolotta Restaurants' charity organization, is bringing together 20 of Wisconsin and Chicago's top restaurants and guest chefs from across the nation in an effort to raise money for the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan.

Participants, which include local restaurants Sanford, Izumi’s, Mason Street Grill and others, will serve up all-you-can-eat Japanese-themed food paired with white wines, champagnes, sake and Japanese beers.

Guests can also enjoy Japanese music and art and a culinary/wine silent auction. Special T-shirts and posters will also be sold to benefit the victims in Japan, and guests may also donate directly to the Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund through the American Red Cross.

The Japan Fundraiser will be held Sunday, April 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Grain Exchange Room, 225 E. Michigan St. Guests can purchase tickets for $75.
