Bob Millhoff of Yanni’s won the "Battle of the Chefs" title on Saturday at the East Town Market in Cathedral Square Park.
Millhoff, who was assisted by Raul Silva, outpointed Michael Dunn of the Wyndham Hotel, Jordan Short of Coast Restaurant and Brian Frakes of The Pfister Hotel in the competition, which capped a series of events in which the chefs were given 45-minutes to create dishes from items purchased from vendors at the market.
In the final, chefs prepared a dish out of a duck breast, pomegranate, orange and cranberries.
