On Thursday night, hundreds gathered at the Milwaukee Public Market for the Beef Council's sold out "Beer and Beef" event.  They sampled a variety of beef cuts and sauces paired with beer from Lakefront, Samuel Adams, Unibroue, Great Lakes Brewing Co. and Furthermore. There also was a cooking demo from home economist Virginia Hazlett.
