The Wisconsin Beer Lovers' Festival is back and this year takes place on Saturday, June 18 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Bayshore Towne Center. This is Father's Day weekend, so it might be the perfect prelude to pop's big day, or just an excuse to sample tasty beers during the daylight hours.

The Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival features samples from 30 breweries throughout the state. The breweries will be paired with local chefs who will provide food that complements more than 100 craft beers.

"It is the only festival of its kind in the Midwest, featuring all Wisconsin craft beers, and at which attendees will get to meet and interact with the brew masters and chefs behind the creations," says Jeff Hamilton, president of Sprecher Brewery and the president of the Wisconsin Brewer's Guild.

Tickets cost $35 per person before June 1, $40 after June 1 and $45 on the day of the event. Tickets include admission, a souvenir beer glass, unlimited sampling of more than 100 Wisconsin beers and beer-paired food samples from area restaurants. Of course, you have to be at least 21 to attend the event.
