Mexican bar and restaurant BelAir Cantina, 1935 N. Water St., now features a private label of Herradura Double Barrel Reposado Tequila and plans to introduce it through a six-month membership within the Tequila Society.
BelAir's tequila program costs $150 and offers many exclusive perks including a personal bottle of BelAir Cantina Herradura Double Barrel Reposada Tequila.
Members will also receive a BelAir Cantina keychain that acts as a pass to attend one free tequila class at the Tequila School, half off all tequila flights at BelAir during any visit to the restaurant and $2 select tacos during lunch at BelAir.
The Tequila Society Members will also be given a custom Tequila Society T-shirt as well as exclusive notification for all tequila events held at BelAir Cantina.
Plus, members will receive invitations for themselves and three friends to attend the Barrel Society Launch Party on Thursday, Sept. 29. The event will be held at BelAir Cantina and will include live music, fresh Mexican appetizers made by BelAir Cantina and tequila.
"We hope to alter the perception of tequila as a shot-only liquor," explains BelAir Cantina co-owner Leslie Montemurro.
