It's time for Dining Month, presented by Deer District and its spooky Halloween-themed alter ego, Fear District. Throughout the month of October, we'll be serving up fun and fascinating content about all things food. The signature dish, however, is our 2019 Best of Dining poll, who's winners we will dish out all month long. Get hungry, Milwaukee!
Odd Duck
The competition was tough with less than 100 votes to determine this years best global eats, with Odd Duck ending up on top. Bay View is a lucky (odd) duck to host this small plates restaurant with adventurous global eats.
For those who can’t make up their mind or for those who simply just want it all, the small plates at Odd Duck are a perfect way to wine and dine for the night. The cozy and quirky atmosphere will make you want to try every dish from the tasty sea scallops with roasted butternut squash dressed with a brown butter and sage, or the pan roasted Tuscan lamb with crispy kale, fresh salsa verde and a rosemary demi-glace. Plus with veggie dishes like the sautéed brussel sprouts with fresh burrata cheese, apple, and pear butter, you will have to come back for more.
