At the request of USA Today, Zagat Survey chose the best hotel restaurants in 25 cities frequently visited by business travelers.  Milwaukee's Osteria del Mondo, owned by Marc and Marta Bianchini, landed on the list that was published today.

In the story by Gary Stoller, Zagat Survey CEO Tim Zagat said, "Twenty years ago, hotel food was like country-club food — OK but not exciting and never top of the line.  In the last 10 years, hotels decided they had to have outstanding restaurants."

Osteria is located inside the Knickerbocker on the Lake Hotel, 1028 E. Juneau Ave.
