Wolf Peach, 1818 N. Hubbard St., is located in the former Roots space, which features a dining room on the main level and a lower-level bar. Like Roots, it has an upscale rustic look and feel and features one of the city’s most spectacular urban views.

The restaurant and bar – which the staff at also selected as its fave among new places – offers European-inspired cuisine made from local and seasonal ingredients.

Executive Chef Dan Jacob's dinner menu features a combination of large and small plate offerings as well as Neopolitan-style pizzas.

The brunch menu boasts a variety of classic and unique dishes such as a SMASHburger, two cheeseburger patties, hash browns, bacon and sauteed onions served over two eggs with a side of maple syrup.

The restaurant, owned by Gina Gruenewald, practices a service style called "como viene" which means "as it comes." Therefore, the dishes are served individually, as soon as they are prepared, to ensure freshness. editors' choice: Wolf Peach
