Betty's Burgers & Custard has closed up shop at 1233 E. Brady St.
Operated by brothers Anthony and James Roufus, Betty's opened its doors in July of 2020, offering a menu of burgers, custard and globally inspired street food fare. The restaurant was named for the brothers' grandmother Patrina "Betty" D’amato, who lived on Warren and Arlington and raised her family there.
They shared the news with fans on Instagram earlier today in a bittersweet post which offers hope that there might be some new plans in the works.
Keep your eyes open for updates, which we'll report as more information becomes available.
