Black Sheep, 216 S. 2nd St., in Walker's Point, will open late this summer.

The bar will offer small plates, cocktails, beer and a self-serve wine system offering a dozen wines.

Pourman's on Water Street introduced Milwaukee to self-serve beer earlier this year.
