{image1} A Brazilian steakhouse called Oscar Brazil is set to move into the former Stout Bros. site on Water Street downtown. It will be modeled after two Chicago eateries, Sal e Carvao and Fogo de Chao.

Also, look for a new cheese and brat place opening at 275 W. Wisconsin Ave.

In other news around the bars, clubs and restaurants scene:

Stacy L. Stangarone will open a new place called Annona Bistro in Bay View at 2643 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. while the Kinsale Inn is coming to 3040 S. Delaware Ave.

In the Brady Street neighborhood, Nomad and Trocadero owner Mike Eitel will open Balzac in the space that housed Watermark restaurant, 1716 N. Arlington Pl. And, watch for Casablanca, a Middle Eastern restaurant, to open at the closed Club 728, 728 E. Brady St.
