Everyone's eyes may be on this upcoming COVID-shortened 2020 season – and how much of it even gets played – but the Brewers area already looking ahead to 2021 as the team today released its schedule for next (hopefully normal) season.

The Crew will start its 2021 campaign on – no joke – April Fools' Day, starting a three-game series against their AL rivals, the Minnesota Twins, at the newly renamed American Family Field on Thursday, April 1. The Brewers will then wrap up the season on the road with two sure-to-be-tense series against potential playoff foes: the St. Louis Cardinals and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Along the way, the Crew will battle the Chicago Cubs (including nine games against each other in the month of April along), the Cardinals complete with ten games versus each in September, a weekend visit from the Washington Nationals – the team that knocked the Brewers out of the playoffs in 2019 – in August and a smattering of Interleague games against the AL Central, including the Twins, Royals, Indians, Tigers and White Sox.

Here's the complete schedule, with official game times to be announced at a later date:

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
