Halloween is over – but before it becomes the most wonderful time of the year, it'll first be the most wearying time of the year: gift shopping season. But at least you can get the Brewers fan on your list done – and at a discount – thanks to the annual Brewers clubhouse sale taking place on Dec. 2-3.
Hosted in the visiting clubhouse at American Family Field from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., the annual Brewers clubhouse sale will feature team memorabilia, merch, gear and game-used items for up to 80 percent off. Plus, as a warm-hearted addition during this cheerful giving season, any money "rounded up" at the register will go toward Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, which helps fight childhood cancer.
Brewers suiteholders and full-season seat holders will get a bonus as well with early access to the clubhouse sale on Wednesday, Nov. 30 from noon until 6 p.m. All season seat holders will then get early perusing (and purchasing) privileges on Thursday, Dec. 1 from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Fans can get into the special sale via the Hot Corner entrance – just follow the signage guiding you to the visitors' clubhouse on the service level. Parking and admission are free – and the sale is cashless so come prepared.
For more information, visit the Brewers' website. And for more Brewers holiday shopping savings, keep an eye on the team stores – which expect even more promotions beginning Black Friday through the holiday season.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
