The Brewers still have three regular season games left on the calendar, but everyone's eyes are already on the playoffs now that Milwaukee's locked up the NL Division crown – and now that their first-round opponent is decided.
Thanks to their win over divisional rival Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday night, the Atlanta Braves won the NL East and will face the Brewers in the National League Divisional Series. (The other NL playoff series will feature some combination of the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals.) As the team with the better record, the Brewers will score home-field advantage for the five-game series, with the first, second and the potential decisive fifth game all hosted at American Family Field.
Here's the full schedule for the five-game first-round face-off:
- Game 1 – Friday, Oct. 8 at 3:37 p.m. at American Family Field
- Game 2 – Saturday, Oct. 9 at 4:07 p.m. at American Family Field
- Game 3 – Monday, Oct. 11 at 12:07 p.m. in Atlanta
- Game 4 (if necessary) – Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 4:07 p.m. in Atlanta
- Game 5 (if necessary) – Thursday, Oct. 14 at 4:07 p.m. at American Family Field
Gametimes are subject to change depending on how fast other divisional series wrap up.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
