PHILADELPHIA -- The Phillies send right-hander Brett Meyers to the mound tonight in Game 2 of the National League Division Series and Brewers interim manager Dale Sveum is going back to his "righty" lineup.

Rickie Weeks is out of the lineup, a day after going 0 for 2 with two strikeouts. He also committed a costly error that led to a three-run third inning. Ray Durham will play second in Weeks' place and Craig Counsell takes over at third in place of Bill Hall.

Once again, the Brewers are relying on CC Sabathia to bail them out of a jam. He's making his fourth consecutive start on three days' rest and will do so again, should the Brewers need to play a fifth game in the series.

Here are tonight's lineups:

Brewers

Cameron, cf
Durham, 2b
Braun, lf
Fielder, 1b
Hardy, ss
Hart, rf

Sabathia, p

Phillies

Victorino, cf
Utley, 2b
