If you're not eating, drinking, hanging with friends and family, and listening to music at the lakefront, you're really not doing summer in Milwaukee right.
Luckily, we have plenty of opportunities to do just this.
Food Truck Brunch By The Beach will take place Sunday, July 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakeshore State Park. Bring your picnic blankets, camping chairs, kites, outdoor games and good vibes to this free event presented by Friends of Lakeshore State Park.
Grab some eats from Tots On The Street and Sweetly Baked food trucks which will be parked near the pebble beach by the lagoon across from Summerfest.
Plus, the DNR booth will educate kids and adults about eggs and life cycles of some of the park’s many wildlife species and Plastic-Free MKE will provide educational information on the impacts of plastic.
Guests will also enjoy music by David HB Drake and have the chance to toss around an Aerobie. Now's the time to take advantage of The Great Milwaukee Summer!
