Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks are officially in the postseason! And while we still don't know who they'll play in this first playoff series, we do know when their latest quest for the NBA Finals and the Larry O'Brien Trophy will tip off.

So, with no further ado, here's the schedule for the Bucks' first-round postseason series:

  • Game 1 – Sunday, April 16 at 4:30 p.m. in Milwaukee
  • Game 2 – Wednesday, April 19 at 8 p.m. in Milwaukee
  • Game 3 – Saturday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. in TBD
  • Game 4 –Monday, April 24 at TBD
  • Game 5 (if necessary) – Wednesday, April 26 at TBD in Milwaukee
  • Game 6 (if necessary) – Friday, April 28 at TBD
  • Game 7 (if necessary) – Sunday, April 30 at TBD in Milwaukee

Tickets for the first-round home games are still available, at the Bucks' website. And for those who don't get into the arena, the first games of the series will broadcast on TNT, while Game 2 will air on NBA TV and Game 3 can be found on ESPN. For the hometown calls, Bally Sports Wisconsin will broadcast all the first round games as well. The NBA will announce more dates, times and additional details on the rest of the playoff games as the postseason marches forward.

And who will be on the other side of these matchups? We'll know by Friday, when the play-in tournament wraps up. As of right now, Milwaukee could end up playing the Miami Heat, the Toronto Raptors or the Chicago Bulls. The latter two will battle it out tonight, with the winner moving on to play the Heat in Miami on Friday evening; the victor of that final game will then take on the Bucks in the opening playoff series as the East's eighth seed.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
