Why just get one Lopez brother when you can get both?

Mere hours after three-chucking center Brook Lopez reportedly agreed to sign back with the Bucks, Yahoo's Chris Haynes broke the news that Milwaukee also added his twin brother, Robin Lopez, during Sunday night's free agency flurry. According to Haynes, the deal is two years at the full room exception ($4.8 million), with the second year including a player option.

Drafted in 2008, Lopez has played for the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Hornets, Portland Trail Blazers, New York Knicks and, most recently, Chicago Bulls, averaging 9.1 points per game, 5.3 rebounds and 1.2 blocks across his career. Last season with Chicago, he averaged 9.5 points and 3.9 rebounds playing 21-plus minutes a game.

The last time the Lopez brothers played together was over a decade ago in 2008, when the two starred on the Stanford Cardinal college basketball team, taking the team all the way to the Sweet Sixteen – and beating Marquette in the process.

What does this deal mean to the Bucks? Realistically, it's not a massive game changer as Robin Lopez mostly just slots in as a new member of the Bucks "Bench Mob," adding depth at center and giving his brother and Giannis the occasional breather. He's most noted for his strong rim-protecting defense, but on offense, those expecting a Splash Mountain sequel should rein in expectations; Lopez's shot barely 50 three-pointers in total across his entire career, as he plays a much more conventional center position on that side of the court. How will that fit with Giannis? We'll find out.

One thing's for certain: Somehow a team with The Greek Freak got even more entertaining. The Lopez twins are some all-star goofballs, whether they're playfully jabbing at one another in the press during the playoffs, making the best out of a bad tweet during one of Jimmy Kimmel's famous Mean Tweets segments or struggling with living together because their cats – named Poupin and Prince Edward Zephyr – don't get along.

In short, reuniting Brook and Robin Lopez should make for a whole lot of fun in Milwaukee next season. Except for Bango.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
