The Milwaukee Bucks have re-signed free agent forward Steve Novak, General Manager John Hammond announced today. Terms of the contract were not disclosed in accordance with team policy.

Novak, 33, was signed by the Bucks on Feb. 22, but appeared in just three games before a left knee injury (MCL) forced him to miss the remainder of the season. Prior to signing with the Bucks, Novak played in seven games for the Oklahoma City Thunder during the 2015-16 season.

The 6-10 forward has appeared in 459 career games (six starts), averaging 4.7 points and 1.3 rebounds, while shooting 43.1 percent from 3-point range in 10 seasons with Houston, the L.A. Clippers, Dallas, San Antonio, New York, Toronto, Utah, Oklahoma City and Milwaukee. The Marquette University product was drafted by Houston with the 32nd overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft.

On Aug. 22, the Bucks signed free-agent guard Jason Terry.
