MILWAUKEE -- OnMilwaukee, the award-winning digital media company, daily magazine and city guide, announced several promotions in its news department today. The media company will pivot to tighten its focus on more trending news, along with a deeper emphasis on the thoughtful and provoking feature content it has produced since 1998.

OnMilwaukee also announced the formation of a "Content Solutions" product to more holistically serve its clients in the growing space of native and custom content.

OnMilwaukee Publisher Andy Tarnoff today named Carolynn Buser as the team’s new Editorial Director. She will manage the website’s news and content team and will report to Tarnoff, as well as lead its social media efforts. Molly Snyder, an OnMilwaukee senior writer since 2001, adds Editorial Manager to her title, coordinating daily content and ensuring the magazine continues to break stories and tighten even further its 24-hour news cycle.

As Senior Editor/Writer, Bobby Tanzilo, an OnMilwaukee fixture for more than 16 years, will focus his highly respected writing and investigative skills on deeper features, including the popular "Urban Spelunking" series.

"As we grow and evolve, we listen closely to our readers, too," said Tarnoff. "They crave more than a ‘daily website;’ they expect us to deliver trending, high-quality and curated content that hits them where they live."

"The management team of Carolynn and Molly, buffeted with the institutional knowledge and deep community connections that Bobby provides, will allow OnMilwaukee to continue to innovate and inspire," Tarnoff added.

The media company, located in Downtown Milwaukee’s CityCenter building, also unveiled its "Content Solutions" product. As advertisers seek alternatives to traditional digital media buys, OnMilwaukee is now better prepared to help them reach their goals without sacrificing its journalistic integrity.
