A new bar and restaurant called Camino will soon take up residence in the space at 434 S. 2nd St.

Native Milwaukeeans may remember this space, which flanks Zad's bar, as the original location for The Social.

Camino will be a beer-centric sandwich shop featuring 20 American craft brews on tap, along with growlers to go.

The owner of Camino is Casey Rataczak, formerly of Cafe Hollander.

Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee.com for additional information as it develops.
