F Street Hospitality is hosting a fundraising event to support the work of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Get Piggy With It, will take place on Sunday, June 5 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Timmer’s Resort, 5151 Timmer Bay Rd. in West Bend.
During the free event, a pig roast buffet will be available for $20 per person and guests can participate in a silent auction and a meat raffle as well as engage with outdoor games and live entertainment along Big Cedar Lake.
“This event concludes a 10-week fundraising campaign for LLS,” says Kaelyn Cervero, CPCE, Vice President of F Street Hospitality. “We are proud to be making an impact alongside this incredible organization and have a lot of fun activations planned for our fundraising finale.”

All proceeds from both events will benefit the work of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), which funds leading-edge research for every type of blood cancer, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other rare types of blood cancers. Since 2017, they have helped advance 85% of the blood cancer treatment options approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are also responsible for breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics, and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients.
Lori is an avid cook whose accrual of condiments and spices is rivaled only by her cookbook collection. Her passion for the culinary industry was birthed while balancing A&W root beer mugs as a teenage carhop, fed by insatiable curiosity and fueled by the people whose stories entwine with each and every dish. She’s had the privilege of chronicling these tales via numerous media, including OnMilwaukee and in her book “Milwaukee Food.” Her work has garnered journalism awards from entities including the Milwaukee Press Club. In 2024, Lori was honored with a "Top 20 Women in Hospitality to Watch" award by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
