"Cash Mob MKE" is a weekly event – dare we call it a movement – that encourages folks to order from the same place on the same day and/or evening. The goal is to provide the restaurant with a stellar, sellout night, and in return, we get a delicious meal made with local love.
The next Cash Mob MKE (#cashmobmke) will take place this Thursday, March 18 at the locally-and-LGBTQ-owned Hamburger Mary's, 730-734 S. 5th St. in Walker's Point.
Hamburger Mary's is a "classy-kitsch bar and grille serving up the best burgers with a hefty side of sass."
The build-your-own-burgers are indeed a Mary's tradition, but the menu also boasts sandwiches, salads, wraps, starters, desserts, (the most delicious) milkshakes and an array of boozes and beers.
Check out the full menu here.
Hamburger Mary's will also host a "Diva de la Noche" drag show on Thursday night with the LatinX Queens for those who want to have a socially-distanced dine-in experience with outrageously fun live entertainment. Find out more about "Diva de la Noche" right here.
Like so many Milwaukee restaurants, the Hamburger Mary's staff – which includes servers, bartenders and drag performers – has struggled through the pandemic, so let's drop some love on the whole gang.
- Hamburger Mary's will offer dinner on Thursday from 5-10 p.m.
- Cash or cards accepted.
- Call (414) 488-2555 or order online here.
- Dine-in (drag show optional; reservations required), curbside, carry-out or third-party delivery through ChowNow is available.
