The Wisconsin Restaurant Association has announced the debut of Cheers to Hospitality, a new event that aims to celebrate the contributions of local restaurants in making our community a better place to live, work and play.

Cheers to Hospitality will take place on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Discovery World Museum and will feature a convivial evening of eating and drinking. Even better, all proceeds from the event will go to support the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation's initiatives including culinary scholarships, the Wisconsin ProStart Program for high school students and workforce development training.

In addition to a wide variety of dishes paired with wines and cocktails, guests can participate in mixology and wine demonstrations; bid on items in a silent auction featuring a range of hospitality experiences; and experience live culinary demonstrations from students in the WRA Education Foundation’s ProStart Program.

Participating restaurants currently include:

Cheers to Hospitality follows in the wake of the successful Indulge Milwaukee, a 2022 event which raised over $100K to support the WRA Education Foundation’s work.

Tickets available Sept. 1

Tickets for Cheers to Hospitality will be priced at $150 per person and will be available for purchase online beginning Sept. 1.  The event will be limited to 500 guests.  Guests can sign up for updates online.

All (100%) of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization that provides education and training to current industry professionals and tomorrow’s future leaders.
