In this latest installment of the Chef Talk series, Wisconsin Foodie's Kyle Cherek chats with Peter Sandroni, whose Walker's Point restaurant La Merenda is now in its eighth year.

Sandroni and La Merenda didn't introduce tapas to Milwaukee, but they were at the forefront of popularizing small plates in a city with a big appetite.
