During Tuesday night’s NBA Finals broadcast, the Bucks may not have brought home a win. But 10,000 keen television viewers scored a free burrito from Chipotle Mexican Grill.
The same will be true during tonight’s game, during which Chipotle will unlock 10,000 more free burritos for fans as part of a $1 million burrito giveaway.
How does it work?
There’s no “tip-off.” So fans will need to pay close attention. But, at some point during each of the remaining games in the series, Chipotle will air a TV commercial that contains a keyword hidden in the end card. That keyword will unlock 10,000 (or more) free burritos which will be available to fans who can leverage speed, agility and accuracy.
To score, fans will need to run a full court press by texting that keyword to 888-222 as quickly as possible. If you're among the lucky burrito winners, you'll receive a text confirmation in return.
