The Chocolate Factory's location at Prospect Mall on Milwaukee's East Side will close at 11 p.m. on Sat., Oct. 7.

The restaurant, 2239 N. Prospect Ave., has been at this location for more than 30 years.  It's the final tenant to close at the mall that was sold recently and is currently undergoing redevelopment.  The sub and ice cream shop has other locations at The Shops of Grand Avenue, Cedarburg, West Bend, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee and the opening soon Bayshore Town Center.
