Editor's note: As the Admirals work their way through the Calder Cup Playoffs, select players, coaches, announcers and team officials will be filing periodic diaries for OnMilwaukee.com. This installment is from winger Chris Durno.

While some people believe you are not supposed to win on the road in the playoffs, we do not share those beliefs. Down 2-0 in the series, the only thing we can do now is focus on Game 3 and try to establish ourselves early. One of our goals in Game 3 is to build a lead and force Chicago to play our game.

Now that the playoffs are upon us, there is not much rest for the weary. All the guys on the team do a great job taking care of themselves. To help our bodies recover, most of us will be using a cold tub. A cold tub is a silver tub filled with about 50-degree water. Besides the tub, good sleep at night is important for us to continue through the playoffs.

This is my second year in the playoffs with Milwaukee. However, this is my third stop since last year's playoffs. This past year has taken me to Norfolk as well as Portland. Coach Noel has made the transition very easy. Coach is great at getting the best out of his guys and it has definitely helped me put up the numbers that I have.

I am hoping it is another couple months before I have to make summer plans. As strange as it sounds, I really hope I have a short summer ahead of me. I would much rather spend the next couple months playing playoff hockey than training and relaxing. I do not expect to be doing anything too exciting once the season concludes. Most of my time will be spent training and preparing for next season. Hopefully that is still a couple months away.

It is tradition in hockey to not shave facial hair throughout playoffs. A couple of guys on the team have taken the tradition to the next level. Jason Guerriero decided to cut his hair in a way that you would have to see to believe. Kelsey Wilson mixed it up by dying his hair the wrong color. You will have to make it out to the games this week to check out the new hairdos.
