A second Coffee With A Conscience cafe and bakery will open next week in the 411 Building, 411 E. Wisconsin Ave.

Manager Amy Hoida says if they receive the necessary permits, the business will open on Monday.

There is one other location in the Schlitz Park Business Center, 1555 N. River Center Dr.

Coffee With A Conscious serves organic, fair trade Johnson Brothers coffee from Madison.

"We will be offering the same coffee menu as the Schlitz location, but are switching up the bakery a bit. We are still in the works for final choices but a new player to the cafe is Miss Cupcake's bakery from Shorewood," says Hoida.

The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) owns and manages Coffee With  A Conscience. The group assists female entrepreneurs to start or grow their business.
