As of Monday, July 10, the Riverwest Coop, 733 E. Clarke St., will serve breakfast on weekdays. Prior to today, the coop only served weekend brunches. Breakfast is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The menu includes vegan sour dough french toast, vegan pancakes (blueberry, chocolate chip or coconut, vegan "Center Street Scramble," scrambled tofu and corn bread. It also serves Alterra coffee.
