Get your burger eating chops ready.

The new Crafty Cow in Bay View will open on Wednesday, April 5, at 2671 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. in Bay View, right next to sister restaurant Bumstead Provisions.

But you can get a preview of some of the great things on the way – including inventive stuffed burgers – at the Great Milwaukee Project Burger Collaboration Event, which will take place at Bumstead Provisions on Friday, March 31 from 10 p.m. to midnight.

During the pop-up, guests can indulge in all-you-can-drink beer or wine for $10. Meanwhile, Chefs Shay Linkus of The Vanguard and Greg Gannaway will be slinging creatively topped (and stuffed) burgers created through collaboration with 21 Milwaukee-area businesses.

And we’ve got a preview of the burger menu, proceeds from which will go to support a variety of difference makers in the city of Milwaukee. Read more about the project here.
