The Deer District Market, featuring over 20 local entrepreneurs, is returning to the Plaza at Fiserv Forum for its second season.

This year, the market will take place on Thursdays from 4 to 7 p.m. from July 7 through Aug. 25.

The Deer District Market is produced by Arthur Ircink, creator of "Wisconsin Foodie" and Shorewood Farmers Market co-founder, who partnered with the Froedtert & MCW health network to establish the market in July of 2021. The goal of the market was to provide yet another opportunity for consumers to support small local businesses, including those owned by Black and Brown entrepreneurs.

In 2024, Lori was honored with a "Top 20 Women in Hospitality to Watch" award by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.

When she’s not eating, photographing food, writing or planning for TV and radio spots, you’ll find Lori seeking out adventures with her husband Paul, traveling, cooking, reading, learning, snuggling with her cats and looking for ways to make a difference.
