For the seventh straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by the restaurants of Potawatomi. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2013."

An Edible Arrangements will soon open at 720 N. Water St. 

The franchise offers fresh fruit arrangements and chocolate-dipped fruit for pick-up or delivery seven days a week. The company also sells a variety of specialty fruit gift items, such as gift boxes and fresh-fruit-to-go products.

The first Edible Arrangements opened in 1999 in East Haven, Conn. Today, there are 1,100 stores in the United States and around the world.

There is an Edible Arrangements in Whitefish Bay at 460 W. Silver Spring Dr. and 18900 W. Bluemound Rd., in Brookfield.
