According to the Creative Alliance of Milwaukee, Lindsey Bovinet, CEO of Interior Systems, Inc., has made an offer to purchase The Eisner Building, 200-208 N. Water. St., in the Historic Third Ward.

Mr. Bovient, according to an Alliance email, "has a vision to develop the building into an arts complex" that may include space for the Creative Alliance Milwaukee, an urban bed and breakfast, bistro, art supply store, event space, new offices for Interior Systems, Inc., apartments, office space and more.

The Eisner
American Museum of Advertising & Design closed its space at the building in 2010.

A workshop is planned for April 17 to discuss the arts complex concept and next steps.
