When fall tour dates were announced for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, many savvy fans began searching for open dates around shows in Chicago (Oct. 21) and St. Paul (Nov. 2) in anticipation of a Milwaukee stop.

It looks like that won't happen, but there is no reason for Bruce fans to despair.

Nothing official has been announced, but multiple sources have indicated that Springsteen and friends are targeting a Bradley Center date on March 17.

Imagine that: St. Patrick's Day with the E Street Band.

Stay tuned for details.

In the meantime, Springsteen's new album "Magic" will be available on Oct. 2. And, the Springsteen tribute act Bruce in the USA is booked to play Shank Hall on Nov. 30.
