{image1}The Fifth Wards Café Fabrika, the sleek Serbian restaurant at 240 E. Pittsburgh Ave., closed its doors Thursday, May 19.
According to an employee at Moct who asked to remain anonymous, owners Nebi and Sini Torbica and Nick Lakic closed the restaurant for personal reasons and there are no definite future plans for the space at this time.
Lakic and the Torbica brothers opened the warehouse-setting restaurant and bar in summer 2004 to work as a unit. Moct bar plans to stay open despite the closing of the café.
