Feed Your Soul, a fundraising effort poised to raise $100,000 to provide meals for Milwaukeeans, kicks off today and closes with a lively soiree at House of RAD, 3700 N. Fratney St.

This year's theme is "Elevate" and The House of RAD, a creative collective of innovating artists, designers, techies and makers, is a new location for the event, which benefits Feeding America of Eastern Wisconsin.

Feed Your Soul, which celebrates its 18th anniversary this year, begins Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. when the virtual auction featuring items created and donated by local talent opens to the public.

It concludes Friday with the party where guests can wander through the lively, interactive space while enjoying live art making and thought-provoking performances.

Molly Snyder started writing and publishing her work at the age 10, when her community newspaper printed her poem, "The Unicorn.” Since then, she's expanded beyond the subject of mythical creatures and written in many different mediums but, nearest and dearest to her heart, thousands of articles for OnMilwaukee.

Molly is a regular contributor to FOX6 News and numerous radio stations as well as the co-host of "Dandelions: A Podcast For Women.” She's received five Milwaukee Press Club Awards, served as the Pfister Narrator and is the Wisconsin State Fair’s Celebrity Cream Puff Eating Champion of 2019.
