I'm not only writing about Fein Brothers' anniversary party because the venerable restaurant supply company is a Web development client of ours and we will soon unveil their new site.

Actually, the 81-year-old shop is a Milwaukee tradition, and through its new owners, Dine Out, Inc., it's received a new lease on life -- and it's worth a stop by this Thursday if you haven't visited in a while.

If you've never been, Fein Brothers is located in the historic old Schuster's building at 2007 N. Martin Luther King Dr., and it's an old-school sight to behold.

They're having their one-year anniversary party to celebrate the new ownership group from noon to 7 p.m., and are also honoring the 80th birthday of long-time employee, Gil Minkin.

Expect local chef demos, in-store special, giveaways and more at the 30,000 square foot showroom. Whether you need a pizza oven or a spoon, this is the kind of place you can find it. See you there!
