Wisconsin’s first Clean Juice location is slated to open on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1370 Pabst Farms Blvd. in Oconomowoc.
Known for its menu of organic juices, smoothies, avocado toast, sandwiches, bowls and wraps, the faith-based company Clean Juice was founded in 2016 by Landon and Kat Eckles in North Carolina. At the time it was the first and only USDA-certified organic juice and food bar in the U.S.. The franchise now boasts locations in over 25 states.
Wisconsin Franchise owners Claudia and Charlie Wiggins were inspired to bring a healthful fast-casual restaurant to the area after struggling to find healthful fare while on the road working in the medical technology sales industry.
Convinced there was a place for a more healthful outlet in their community, they pursued research, meeting with the owner of Clean Juice in Park Ridge, IL and taste-testing the menu. Inspired by what they found, they sought out a way to bring the organic food and beverage offerings to Oconomowoc.
As part of the store's grand opening, the Wiggins’ announced a partnership with Zachariah’s Acres, a local non-profit with the mission of connecting children with special needs and their families to the miracles of nature. In support of Zachariah’s Acres mission, Clean Juice Pabst Farms will offer free 16 oz. organic smoothies with a $2 donation from each going to the non-profit.
“We believe wholeheartedly in the all-organic movement and are thrilled to be a part of the Clean Juice family,” said Claudia Wiggins. “Our family is honored not only to bring Clean Juice into Pabst Farms but also to become a staple business partner within our community.”

Lori is an avid cook whose accrual of condiments and spices is rivaled only by her cookbook collection. Her passion for the culinary industry was birthed while balancing A&W root beer mugs as a teenage carhop, fed by insatiable curiosity and fueled by the people whose stories entwine with every dish. Lori is the author of two books: the "Wisconsin Field to Fork" cookbook and "Milwaukee Food". Her work has garnered journalism awards from entities including the Milwaukee Press Club. In 2024, Lori was honored with a "Top 20 Women in Hospitality to Watch" award by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
When she’s not eating, photographing food, writing or planning for TV and radio spots, you’ll find Lori seeking out adventures with her husband Paul, traveling, cooking, reading, learning, snuggling with her cats and looking for ways to make a difference.
