When Vendetta Coffee Bar opened in Wauwatosa last July, it marked a first for the Milwaukee area, offering guests a taste of the traditional coffee houses found in cities across Italy.

This week, we’re chatting with co-owners Bill Haley and Tommy Orlando of Vendetta Coffee Bar about their backgrounds and introduction to coffee, the  inspiration behind their Italian inspired cafes and the Italian influences that make them unique. Along the way, we also discuss the expansion of offerings at their Walker’s Point cafe, including the addition of aperitivo-style cocktails, bar snacks and plans to activate the space with pop-ups, live music and events.
