This summer, restaurant chain Freshii will open a Milwaukee location in the Two-Fifty tower, 250 E. Wisconsin Ave. The fast-casual restaurant focuses on "clean eating" and offers wraps, salads, quinoa and fresh juices.
According to the BizTimes, Borgman Capital, CARW, Creative Marketing Resources, Kane Communications Group, Mahler Enterprises, NAIOP and Milwaukee law firm Petrie & Petit have also leased spaces in the building.
Matthew Corrin opened the first Freshii – originally called "Lettuce Eatery" – in 2005 in Toronto. Today there are 300 locations in 85 cities in 20 countries, including one each in Madison and Appleton.
