Glass + Griddle pub and restaurant will open inside Building 42 located in the former site of the Pabst Brewing Co., 1130 N. 9th St.
"Glass + Griddle will be a beer hall diner that focuses on quality," says building owner Scott Lurie of the F Street Group. "We are still working out the details of the food and drink menus."
Pizza Man restaurant partners Sarah and Zach Baker will operate the restaurant which is slated to open by the end of the summer. It will be open all day and will serve brunch on the weekends.
Building 42 will also offer office space called The Factory and a rentable events space, Venue 42. The Milwaukee Brewing Co. already occupies a portion of the building.
