Milwaukee's In Tandem Theatre will perform Neil Simon's play, "The Good Doctor," at the Walker's Point Center for the Arts from September 5 to 28.

In this popular comedy, Simon takes the writings of Andre Chekhov and weaves them into a series of hilarious short pieces. From the antics of an inexperienced dentist and his first patient to the mysteries of young love, five actors portray all the characters through eight short stories.

The performance features the talents of Jason Economus, a recent UW-Milwaukee graduate, Laura Gray (Next Act Theatre, Renaissance Theatreworks, Madison Repertory Theatre), Mark Lonteen (Boulevard Ensemble, Sunset Playhouse, Inertia Ensemble), Nancy Brown Mueller (ComedySportz) and Aaron Orear (First Stage Children's Theatre, In Tandem Theatre).

The Walker's Point Center for the Arts is located at 911 W. National Ave. Tickets cost $14-$16 and are available by calling (414) 444-2316. A special performance on Wed., Sept. 10 will be held to benefit St. Joseph Regional Medical Center's OB/GYN Free Clinic. Tickets to this performance are $20 and include a post show reception with the cast.
