Chicago native Chef Jason Gorman has become synonymous with the success of Dream Dance Steak at Potwatomi Bingo Casino in the Menomonee Valley. Now, Gorman heads east to take over as executive chef of culinary operations at The Iron Horse Hotel.

In his new position, Gorman will oversee Smyth, Branded, The Yard, banquets, in-room dining and menu development.

Gorman -- and his passion for local and seasonal cooking -- has been called "a perfect fit" for the hotel by owner Tim Dixon.

No word yet on who will replace Gorman at Dream Dance. He is still listed as chef on the restaurant's Web site.
