Pokéworks, one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing poke brands, has officially debuted its first Milwaukee area location at 17000 W. Bluemound Rd.

In celebration, Pokéworks will host a grand opening celebration all day long on Saturday, Jan. 19. During the event guests can indulge in buy-one-get-one-free poke bowls. In addition to a variety of giveaways, the first 50 guests in line will also enjoy a coveted Pokéworks branded coconut.

The Brookfield location for Pokéworks is owned and operated by Andy Wick, a Wisconsin native who returned to Milwaukee after living in Denver for the past three years.

"Poke lovers in Milwaukee will quickly come to find that Pokéworks is substantially different than your typical fast-casual restaurant," noted Wick in a press release.

"Our genuinely fresh ingredients, responsibly-sourced seafood and chef-curated sauces, paired with the unique demographic of the Milwaukee community makes Pokéworks the destination for fresh, fast and reliable food."

Pokéworks of Milwaukee is open seven days a week from 10:45 a.m. to 9 p.m.
