A second Grate Modern Mac and Cheese location is slated to open its doors on Thursday, May 24 at Greenfield’s 84South development at 8871 W. Sura Lane.
The restaurant – which specializes in Woodstone oven-baked macaroni and cheese made with Wisconsin ingredients – will celebrate the opening with the launch of a brand new offering, Cheesy Twice Baked Potato Mac, along with a dozen other offerings including Chicken Bacon Jalapeno Ranch, Mexican Street Corn and BBQ Pork. The concept was introduced last August with an inaugural location in Menomonee Falls. That establishment was the first restaurant of its kind in southeastern Wisconsin.
The restaurant is owned and operated by Milwaukee-based Roaring Fork, the country’s largest Qdoba Mexican Eats franchisee with 57 locations throughout Wisconsin.
"We are so excited to share our twist on the ultimate comfort food with another community in southeastern Wisconsin," noted Abby Hansen, Vice President of Marketing at Roaring Fork in a statement. "We were truly humbled by the response to our first restaurant and look forward to serving our new neighbors in Greenfield as well."
Grate Mac & Cheese will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
