It boasts one of the most consistently long and well-worth-the-wait lunch lines in Milwaukee, so it’s high time that The Green Kitchen at the Milwaukee Public Market expands its footprint.

The custom salad, fresh juice and gourmet salad maker is doing just this by building out additional space that will offer, among its regular items, custom fresh fruit cups (in waffle cones) and new, gluten free and vegan options including a collard green wrap.

Watch for the new portion of The Green Kitchen to open in the next two-four weeks.  Monitor their Facebook page for updates.
