Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet on the North Side will hold its grand opening event on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 11 a.m. The restaurant is located at 4138 N. 56th St. in the Midtown Center.

The 11,000-square foot restaurant complex will offer over 500 entree options, five buffet lines and a hibachi grill for fresh, made-to-order cuisine. Present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony will be State Rep. Evan Goyke, Hibachi owner Andy Chen and Milwaukee Urban League's Ralph Hollman.

"The City of Milwaukee has invested quite a lot in this area, which is why I chose to start here," said Chen. "It gives me an opportunity to be in a high-traffic area, while providing delectable dishes the community will enjoy."
