{image1} Milwaukee's newest radio station, "The Hog (102.9 FM)," debuted Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. with Ted Nugent's "Stranglehold" proclaiming, "Here I come again now, baby. Like a dog in heat."

News emerged yesterday that after 18 years, Lazer 103 was signing off. On air announcers say the station will "play everything that rocks, not just stuff from one decade." Long-time Lazer program director and DJ Marilynn Mee will be reassigned.

On the station's Web site, a statement from popular morning team Bob and Brian said, "Seems as if management finally listened to us and started playing stuff we like. We say it's about time."

The Hog's Web site is 1029thehog.com.
